I am a psychotherapy practitioner, the English expression I use for the French term psychopraticien. I have practised since 2004. Sessions are available in person by appointment and online by video or telephone.
A shared place for speaking and inner attention
You may choose an in-person session when being physically present in the same room better supports your engagement, sense of inner safety or ability to stay with what emerges. In-person work is not automatically deeper than online work: the right setting depends on the person and the moment.
You may come with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, separation, relationship difficulties, addiction, loss of meaning or a recurring situation you cannot resolve. We begin with what is present now.
Depth-oriented psychotherapy
Short-term relief can be useful, but it does not always resolve what sustains suffering. My work does not stop at commenting on a problem or finding ways to tolerate it. It also attends to emotions, bodily sensations, dreams, inner images and recurring patterns that may point towards the roots of the conflict.
Going deeper does not mean forcing an interpretation. It requires respect for your pace, discernment and a continuing connection between what emerges and your concrete experience.
My exact professional position
I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist and do not claim the protected French title of psychotherapist. “Psychotherapy practitioner” describes my non-medical practice. If you need diagnosis, prescription, reimbursed care through Mon soutien psy or psychiatric follow-up, you should contact the corresponding regulated professional.
