What do I mean by subtle perception?
During a session, colours, movements, symbolic forms or precise sensations may appear inwardly. I may feel them in my own body or see them as spontaneous sketches of what is happening in the field of attention.
I do not present these perceptions as objective truths. They do not override your words, your experience or your discernment. At most, they offer a possible direction: does this image resonate, open an emotion or give form to something that was previously diffuse?
Support for listening, not diagnosis
A subtle perception is treated in the same spirit as a dream, association, slip of the tongue or spontaneous image. It does not label who you are and does not tell you what decision to make. If it does not resonate, we leave it aside.
Examples from my sketchbooks
These drawings show ways an inner reality has sometimes appeared to me as light, density, protection, opening or movement. They are not maps to apply to another person.

How I use it
I share a perception only when it seems potentially useful, and with cautious language. The centre of the work remains your lived experience. The perception has value only if it supports listening, autonomy and a more truthful relationship with yourself.
Subtle perceptions are never a diagnosis and do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Unusual perceptions that are distressing, commanding or disruptive require appropriate health assessment.
Explore without being asked to believe
You can come with a concrete difficulty, dream, emotion or bodily sensation. We begin with what is alive for you.
